  • 1/2 cups tomato clam juice
  • 1/4 cups lime
  • 1 tablespoon Maggi seasoning sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce
  • 500 grams pink shrimp, medium
  • 3 avocados

  • In a bowl, mix the tomato with the onion, serrano chili, cilantro, ketchup, tomato juice, clam juice, lime, Maggi seasoning, olive oil, and Tabasco sauce. Incorporate the shrimp and set aside.
  • On a cutting board, cut the avocados in half and use a spoon to remove the skin.
  • Serve the avocado on a plate and fill it with the shrimp cocktail.
  • Accompany with crackers and lime.
