Fry the shrimp in butter, garlic, and olive oil until cooked. In a separate bowl, mix the cream, chicken or fish broth, and chipotle sauce, then add to the pan with the shrimp.
Lower the heat and let it simmer until the cream comes to a boil. And it's ready!
It can be served with a rice soup.
