Shrimp in Chipotle Cream

I love it, and it's especially easy to prepare for shrimp lovers.

  • 1 kilo shrimp, peeled
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fish consommé, or chicken
  • 250 grams sour cream, of cream
  • 4 tablespoons chipotle chile sauce

  • Fry the shrimp in butter, garlic, and olive oil until cooked. In a separate bowl, mix the cream, chicken or fish broth, and chipotle sauce, then add to the pan with the shrimp.
  • Lower the heat and let it simmer until the cream comes to a boil. And it's ready!
  • It can be served with a rice soup.
