Shrimp in Red Sauce

  • 500 grams tomato, cut into quarters
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 red bell pepper, roasted and seedless
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cube Knorr Tomate® tomato bouillon
  • 1/2 teaspoons oregano
  • 4 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 400 grams shrimp, medium, cleaned

  • Blend the tomato, garlic, red bell pepper, water, Knorr Tomato® Tomato Seasoning cube, and oregano.
  • Heat 2 teaspoons of oil in a pot and cook the sauce for 5 minutes over medium heat, until it thickens slightly.
  • Heat the remaining oil in a skillet and cook the shrimp for 2 minutes.
  • Add the shrimp to the sauce and let it cook on low heat for 3 more minutes.
