For those special gatherings with family and friends, there's nothing better than preparing a special and delicious snack like these original nachos with beans, shrimp, and a spectacular citrus sauce.
For the citrus sauce: mix the oranges with the green onion stems, lime juice, and jalapeño chili. Set aside.
Place the nachos on a tray, add the Isadora® refried black beans on each nacho piece, and cover with cheese. Set aside.
Place the shrimp on a tray, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, turning until they are pink and firm. Remove from the oven and cover with aluminum foil. Set aside.
Bake the tray with nachos, beans, and cheese for 6 to 8 minutes.
Serve one shrimp on each nacho and drizzle with the citrus sauce.
