  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons ground chipotle chile
  • 1 tablespoon Maggi seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 4 tablespoons Manchego cheese, grated
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cups guacamole
  • 1/4 cups chipotle chilli sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups black beans, whole, without broth
  • 1 avocado, in slices

  • In a skillet, heat the oil and sauté the onion with the garlic, add the shrimp, cream, ground chipotle, and cook for 5 minutes. Season with Maggi sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Incorporate the cheese, cooking until it melts. Set aside.
  • On a griddle over medium heat, warm the flour tortillas.
  • Place the flour tortilla on a plate, spread the guacamole, add the shrimp, chipotle sauce, black beans, and garnish with avocado.
