  • Mix the mayonnaise with the chili and limes.
  • Melt the butter with the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and the shrimp; cook until they turn pink. Add the mayonnaise and chili mixture, and the cream, mix well and cook for 5 more minutes.
