Ingredients: 1/3 cups mayonnaise; piquín chiles, or chili flakes; 1 tablespoon butter; 1 tablespoon olive oil; 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped; 2 limes; 200 grams shrimp, medium, deveined and peeled; 100 milliliters sour cream

Mix the mayonnaise with the chili and limes. Melt the butter with the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and the shrimp; cook until they turn pink. Add the mayonnaise and chili mixture, and the cream, mix well and cook for 5 more minutes.
