  • Char the peppers and place them in a plastic bag with a cloth napkin to sweat so you can peel them.
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • While they cool, place the shrimp in a pot and pour in the wine, stirring until the wine evaporates.
  • Once they are dry, add the butter and the previously finely chopped garlic.
  • Pour in the finely chopped onion.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Stuff the previously cleaned and deveined peppers.
  • Add the cheese and bake for 5 minutes to gratin.
