Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat, cook the garlic and onion until they are shiny and transparent. Add the shrimp, surimi, Swiss chard, and cook for a few minutes. Season and set aside.
Heat water in a small pot and add salt. Cook the pasta sheets, drain, and set aside.
For the sauce, blend the cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, and Prego® Homemade Style Alfredo Sauce. Set aside.
In a greased lasagna dish, place a layer of pasta sheets at the bottom, add some filling, cover with lasagna sheets, and the cheese mixture until you have several layers.
For the last layer, add more lasagna sheets and the sauce. Finish with grated mozzarella cheese.
Gratin in the oven for 15 minutes. Let the lasagna rest, cut, and serve with a bit of sautéed Swiss chard.
