Soak the gelatin in cold water and dissolve it over direct heat. Let it cool.
Put the salmon (reserve some for decoration), onion, yogurt, lemon juice, Tabasco sauce in the blender and blend. Add the dissolved gelatin until a smooth cream is obtained.
Whip the cream once chilled until soft peaks form. Add part of the salmon and mix well. Add the rest along with the scallions, pour into the mold once the salt and pepper have been adjusted. Refrigerate until set.
Unmold and decorate with slices of salmon, scallions, and cucumber rounds.
