Preparation
Prepare a mold for 4 cups and grease it with oil.
Moisten the gelatin in the cold water and dissolve it with direct heat. Let cool.
Put the salmon in the blender (reserve a bit to decorate), onion, yogurt, lemon juice, tabasco sauce and liquefy. Add the dissolved gelatin until a smooth cream is obtained.
Beat the cream once cold until soft peaks are made. Add part of the salmon and add it well. Add the rest together with the onion, empty in the mold once the salt and pepper have been rectified. Refrigerate until set.
Unmold and decorate with sliced salmon, scallions and cucumber rolls.
