1 piece (if it appears in the ingredient) egg, cooked, finely chopped
2 tablespoons capers, finely chopped
1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
1 tablespoon red onion, finely chopped
2 limes, just juice
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
serrano chile, habanero pepper, finely chopped, for garnish

Place the smoked tuna on a plate, drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil.
Add the rest of the ingredients on top of the tuna.
Garnish with serrano or habanero chili to taste.
