Smoked Tuna Carpaccio

  • 1 package smoked tuna
  • 1 piece (if it appears in the ingredient) egg, cooked, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons capers, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 limes, just juice
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • serrano chile, habanero pepper, finely chopped, for garnish

  • Place the smoked tuna on a plate, drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients on top of the tuna.
  • Garnish with serrano or habanero chili to taste.
