You will love these soaked tostadas with their delicious guajillo sauce, the rich fish filling, and the crunchiness of the tostadas; they will be your favorite dish for these patriotic festivities. Super easy to prepare!
5 guajillo chiles, grilled, deveined, and soaked. for the sauce. (Reserve the water)
2 cloves garlic, grilled
1/4 onions, grilled
1 tomato , grilled
2 dried árbol chiles
1 sprig fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons oil
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
1 package Señor Cactus® baked nopal tostada shell

For the filling, in a medium skillet, heat the oil and add the onion, garlic, then add the bell pepper and olives. Cook for 2 minutes, add the fish, and cook for 5 more minutes or until cooked through. Set aside.
For the sauce, blend the guajillo pepper with the soaking water, garlic, onion, tomato, árbol chili, and cilantro.
In a medium skillet, heat the oil and pour in the previous sauce. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 10 minutes.
On a plate, place a baked cactus tostada from Señor Cactus®, add some of the fish preparation, place another tostada on top, and add more fish.
Pour the sauce over the tostadas and enjoy.
