Soaked Fish Tostadas

You will love these soaked tostadas with their delicious guajillo sauce, the rich fish filling, and the crunchiness of the tostadas; they will be your favorite dish for these patriotic festivities. Super easy to prepare!

  • 1 package Señor Cactus® baked nopal tostada shell

  • For the filling, in a medium skillet, heat the oil and add the onion, garlic, then add the bell pepper and olives. Cook for 2 minutes, add the fish, and cook for 5 more minutes or until cooked through. Set aside.
  • For the sauce, blend the guajillo pepper with the soaking water, garlic, onion, tomato, árbol chili, and cilantro.
  • In a medium skillet, heat the oil and pour in the previous sauce. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 10 minutes.
  • On a plate, place a baked cactus tostada from Señor Cactus®, add some of the fish preparation, place another tostada on top, and add more fish.
  • Pour the sauce over the tostadas and enjoy.
