Sonoran Fish Ceviche

Try this fresh fish ceviche prepared with the flavor of Sonora. It is mixed with tomato, onion, cucumber, and a blend of clamato ketchup and lime that will make you unable to stop eating it. Serve this delicious dish with salty crackers, tostadas, or tortilla chips and a nice cold beer.

  • 1 1/2 kilos fish, cut into medium cubes

  • Let the fish marinate in lime for about 30 minutes. The lime juice should cover the level of the cubed fish.
  • Add the chopped tomato, chopped onion, chopped cucumber, salt, ketchup, and clamato.
  • Mix everything perfectly. Let it rest for about 3 hours in the refrigerator.
  • When serving, add avocado and chili to taste.
