Try this fresh fish ceviche prepared with the seasoning of Sonora. It is mixed with tomato, onion, cucumber and a mixture of clamato catsup and lemon that will make you unable to stop eating it. Accompany this rich dish with crackers, toast or chips and a rich cold beer.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1 1/2 kilos fish, Match in medium cubes
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 cucumber, without seeds
  • 1 1/2 liters Clamato
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 kilo lemon
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 2 avocados, To accompany
  • to taste serrano pepper, in slices, to accompany

Preparation

Let marinate the fish in the lemon for about 30 minutes. The lemon juice should cover the level of the fish in cubes.
Add the chopped tomato, chopped onion, chopped cucumber, salt, catsup and clamato.
Mix everything perfectly. Let stand for about 3 hours inside the refrigerator.
When serving, add avocado and chili to taste.
