These shrimp tacos are delicious and very easy to make. They combine sea and land flavors because they contain beans and are perfect to enjoy by yourself or with friends.
1 box Del Fuerte® ground tomatoes with chipotle chiles, 7.4 oz
1 teaspoon chile flakes

1 1/2 cups refried black beans, refried black beans
avocado
red onion, for garnish
cilantro, leaves, for garnish

Heat a pot over medium heat. Add vegetable oil and fry onion with garlic for 3 minutes. Add cream and Del Fuerte® ground tomatoes with chipotle. Add chile flakes and season with salt and pepper.
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add vegetable oil and cook shrimp for about 3 minutes. Pour previously made sauce and cook for 2 more minutes until shrimp are cooked through.
Assemble tacos with refried beans and shrimp with sauce. Garnish avocado, red onion, and cilantro.
