Spicy and Creamy Shrimp Tacos

These tacos are rich and very easy to make, they combine flavors of the sea and the land because they contain beans and are perfect to enjoy alone or with a partner.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • vegetable oil
  • 3 cups shrimp, peeled and clean
  • 1 cup onion, very finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 container Ground Tomatoes with Chilpotle Del Fuerte® Chili, 210 g
  • 1 teaspoon chili flake
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups black refried beans, refried black beans
  • avocado
  • red onion, to decorate
  • coriander, in sheets, to decorate

Preparation

Heat a pot over medium heat, add vegetable oil and sauté the onion with the garlic for 3 minutes, add the cream and the Chilpotle Del Fuerte® Ground Tomatoes, finally, add the chili flake and season with salt and pepper.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add vegetable oil and cook the shrimp for approximately 3 minutes, pour the sauce that you previously prepared and cook for 2 more minutes until the shrimp are finished cooking.
Assemble the tacos with refried beans, the shrimp in sauce, decorate with avocado, red onion and cilantro.

PRESENTATION

TIPS

Heat the beans well before serving in the taco, if necessary add a little water or milk to soften them.
