Steamed Fish with Seasoned Vegetables

4 leaves chard
1 lemon , sliced
4 tablespoons olive oil

Cut the potatoes, carrots, bell peppers, and celery into strips, set aside.
On a sheet of aluminum foil, place the chard leaf on top of the fish fillet and the strips of vegetables.
Season the above with thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper, and place the lemon slices along with a little olive oil.
Seal the aluminum foil and place them in a steamer. They take approximately 20 minutes to cook thoroughly. Serve.
