Steamed Fish with Seasoned Vegetables

  • 4 fish fillets
  • 3 potatoes
  • 3 carrots
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 4 sprigs celery
  • 4 leaves chard
  • 1 lemon , sliced
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • pepper
  • salt
  • thyme
  • oregano

  • Cut the potatoes, carrots, bell peppers, and celery into strips, set aside.
  • On a sheet of aluminum foil, place the chard leaf on top of the fish fillet and the strips of vegetables.
  • Season the above with thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper, and place the lemon slices along with a little olive oil.
  • Seal the aluminum foil and place them in a steamer. They take approximately 20 minutes to cook thoroughly. Serve.
