Preparation
Cut the potatoes, carrots, red peppers and celery into strips, reserve.
On an aluminum sheet, place the chard leaf on top of the fish fillet and the vegetable strips.
Season the above with thyme, oregano, salt and pepper and place the lemon slices along with a little olive oil
Close the aluminum and take them to a steamer. It takes approximately 20 minutes to be well cooked. It serves.
