1 fish fillet , depending on the thickness and preferably tilapia
1/2 onions, cut into julienne, to taste
1/2 tomatoes, chopped, to taste

1/2 carrots, to taste
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
45 grams unsalted butter , softened
1 sprig celery, diced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon Maggi seasoning sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Season the fish with pepper, salt, and a little mustard.
While on the aluminum foil, add butter, then place the seasoned fillet on top.
On top of the fillet, add the vegetables and sauces. Sometimes, to make it a bit spicy, I add Valentina sauce which gives it a delicious flavor. Wrap everything well, sealing the edges of the foil tightly to prevent any leakage.
Place it on the griddle over medium heat. Wait about 20 minutes and serve it with white rice and corn.
