Recipe of steamed fish with vegetables, is a very healthy recipe because it is low in fat and full of nutrients because of the variety of vegetables it carries and the type of cooking benefits a lot to all the ingredients concerven their properties.

Ingredients

1 serving
  • 1 piece of fish fillet depending on the thickness and preferably tilapia
  • 1/2 onion chopped in julienne, to taste
  • 1/2 tomato chopped, to taste
  • to taste of green chile
  • 1/4 of Cup of broccoli
  • 1/2 carrot to taste
  • 2 spoonfuls of coriander chopped
  • 45 grams of Butter softened
  • 1 branch of celery diced
  • 2 spoonfuls of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of Maggi juice
  • 1 tablespoon of English sauce

    Preparation

    Season the fish with pepper, salt and little mustard.
    While in the foil, put butter on top, add the previously seasoned fillet.
    The vegetables and sauces are placed on top of the steak. Sometimes to make it spicy, I put valentina sauce on it and it gives it a delicious flavor. Wrap everything well and close the edges of the paper well so that it does not drain.
    Place on the comal over medium heat. Wait about 20 minutes and serve with white rice with corn.
