Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 fish fillet, depending on the thickness and preferably tilapia
  • 1/2 onions, chopped in julienne, to taste
  • 1/2 tomatoes, chopped, to taste
  • to taste green chile
  • 1/4 cups broccoli
  • 1/2 carrots, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander, chopped
  • 45 grams butter, softened
  • 1 branch celery, diced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Maggi juice
  • 1 tablespoon English sauce

Preparation

Season the fish with pepper, salt and little mustard.
While in the foil, put butter on top, add the previously seasoned fillet.
The vegetables and sauces are placed on top of the steak. Sometimes to make it spicy, I put valentina sauce on it and it gives it a delicious flavor. Wrap everything well and close the edges of the paper well so that it does not drain.
Place on the comal over medium heat. Wait about 20 minutes and serve with white rice with corn.
