Stuffed Fish Fillet with Shrimp and Octopus

It is an exquisite fish fillet, very easy to prepare, with an original presentation.

  • 1/2 kilos fish fillet
  • 100 grams shrimp, chopped into small pieces
  • 100 grams octopus, chopped into small pieces
  • 125 grams asadero cheese, in thin strips
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 romaine lettuce, chopped into medium pieces
  • 1/2 onions, filleted
  • 2 limes
  • 1 tomato, sliced

  • Marinate the fish in lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • A bed of ingredients will be made: Place the fillet as a base, then strips of cheese, a layer of shrimp and octopus, another layer of cheese, and finally a layer of fish. Carefully take the bed of ingredients from the base, forming a ball by firmly pressing the ingredients together.
  • Preheat the oil on low heat, dip the fish ball in egg and breadcrumbs before frying.
