1 jicama, peeled
6 strips surimi, (imitation crab)
1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, and cut into julienne strips
150 grams cream cheese, cut into strips
1/2 cups soy sauce
1 tablespoon lime
2 tablespoons chives, chopped
1/2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Take the jicama and cut it into thin slices of 2mm using a slicer. If you don't have a slicer at home, ask at the supermarket to do it for you.
Form each taco by taking a slice and filling it with a bit of crab, cucumber, and a strip of cream cheese. Roll the taco and cut it in half.
Prepare the sauce by combining soy sauce with lemon, chopped green onion, and sesame seeds.
