1 package cream cheese, philadelphia
1 kilo rice
1 avocado
1/4 surimi
chinese sauce
salt

Cook the rice for half an hour or until it is soft.
Chop the surimi, remove it, grind the avocado.
When the rice is done, pass only one layer to a glass mold, add a capita of surimi.
Then another layer of avocado and Philadelphia.
Continue filling the mold with a layer of each thing rice, surimi, philadelhia and so on.
Refrigerate for half an hour.
