1 package cream cheese, philadelphia
1 kilo rice
1 avocado
1/4 surimi
chinese sauce
salt

Cook the rice for half an hour or until it is soft.
Chop the surimi, shred it, and mash the avocado.
Once the rice is ready, place just one layer in a glass mold, add a layer of surimi.
Then add another layer of avocado and philadelphia.
Continue filling the mold with a layer of each ingredient: rice, surimi, philadelphia, and so on.
Refrigerate for half an hour.
