Surimi Cake

A savory cake made of rice, philadelphia cheese, avocado, and surimi.

  • 1 package cream cheese, philadelphia 1 package cream cheese, philadelphia
  • 1 kilo rice 1 kilo rice
  • 1 avocado 1 avocado
  • 1/4 surimi
  • chinese sauce
  •   salt  salt

  • Cook the rice for half an hour or until it is soft.
  • Chop the surimi, shred it, and mash the avocado.
  • Once the rice is ready, place just one layer in a glass mold, add a layer of surimi.
  • Then add another layer of avocado and philadelphia.
  • Continue filling the mold with a layer of each ingredient: rice, surimi, philadelphia, and so on.
  • Refrigerate for half an hour.
