Surimi cake

A savory rice cake, Philadelphia cheese, avocado and surimi.

  • 1 package cream cheese, philadelphia
  • 1 kilo rice
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/4 surimi
  • chinese sauce
  • salt

  • Cook the rice for half an hour or until it is soft.
  • Chop the surimi, remove it, grind the avocado.
  • When the rice is done, pass only one layer to a glass mold, add a capita of surimi.
  • Then another layer of avocado and Philadelphia.
  • Continue filling the mold with a layer of each thing rice, surimi, philadelhia and so on.
  • Refrigerate for half an hour.
