Surimi cake

A salty cake of rice, philadelphia cheese, avocado and surimi.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 package cream cheese, philadelphia
  • 1 kilo rice
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/4 surimi
  • to taste chinese sauce
  • to taste salt

Preparation

Put the rice to cook for half an hour or until it is tender.
Chop the surimi, break it, grind the avocado.
When the rice is only one layer pass to a glass mold, add a cap of surimi.
Then another layer of avocado and philadelphia.
Continue filling the mold with a layer of everything rice, surimi, philadelhia and so on.
Refrigerate for half an hour.

PRESENTATION

Serve a cube decorate it with Chinese sauce to taste and salt.

TIPS

Put in a glass mold so that it sticks less.
