  • 400 grams surimi
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1/4 cups serrano chile, in cubes, seedless
  • 1/2 cups cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Clemente Jacques® no sugar added ketchup
  • 3 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 1/4 cups lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

  • Cut the surimi into medium cubes and set aside in a bowl. Cut the tomato and onion into smaller cubes and set aside.
  • Mix the surimi, onion, tomato, serrano chili, cilantro, Clemente Jacques® no added sugar ketchup, hot sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to concentrate the flavors.
  • Serve the shrimp cocktail, garnish with avocado slices, and accompany with toasts.
