Avocado Filled with Creamy Surimi Salad

Nothing better than a delicious avocado filled with salad, but this version is unique. Prepare it in just 10 minutes and enjoy an exceptional creamy surimi salad!

  • 6 sticks surimi, chopped
  • 2 stems celery, diced
  • 1 tomato, in cubes
  • 1/4 red onions
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 pinches pepper
  • 1 pinch garlic salt
  • 5 drops hot sauce, Tabasco type
  • 2 avocados, halved, pitted, and with skin
