Place a slice of jicama on a plate.
Put a bar of Philadelphia cheese.
Cut the avocado into very thin slices and place it on the jicama tortilla, along with some strips of surimi.
Soak the seaweed in water and cut into strips.
Roll the jicama tortilla and seal it with a strip of seaweed.
Stick the seaweed with water to seal it well.
