Put a slice of jicama on a plate.
Put a philadelphia cheese stick.
Cut the avocado into very thin slices and place it on the jicama omelet, along with surimi strips.
Soak the seaweed in water and cut into julienne strips.
Roll the jicama omelette and close it with a julienne of seaweed.
Stick the seaweed with water so that it closes well.
