Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1 jicama, very thin slice
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 Philadelphia® cream cheese
  • 5 sticks surimi
  • seaweeds, optional
  • soy sauce

Preparation

Put a slice of jicama on a plate.
Put a philadelphia cheese stick.
Cut the avocado into very thin slices and place it on the jicama omelet, along with surimi strips.
Soak the seaweed in water and cut into julienne strips.
Roll the jicama omelette and close it with a julienne of seaweed.
Stick the seaweed with water so that it closes well.

PRESENTATION

Place the tacos in a dish and on the side place a bowl of soy sauce to serve.

TIPS

Preferably the soy sauce has lemon or orange and tastes much richer.
