6 sticks surimi, cut into squares or strips
2 carrots, grated
1/2 lettuce, disinfected and chopped
1 cucumber, without peel and diced
1 can ear corn
135 milliliters table cream
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 avocados

Place the chopped vegetables, the surimi, the half cream and the mayonnaise in a bowl.
Mix all the ingredients with enveloping movements until everything is well integrated.
Enjoy with cookies or toast. Add small slices of avocado.
