Special Surimi Salad

A surimi salad to taste with cookies or toast and very easy to prepare. Fresh and delicious to share with everyone at home in hot season.

  • 6 sticks surimi, cut into squares or strips
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • 1/2 lettuce, disinfected and chopped
  • 1 cucumber, without peel and diced
  • 1 can ear corn
  • 135 milliliters table cream
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 avocados

  • Place the chopped vegetables, the surimi, the half cream and the mayonnaise in a bowl.
  • Mix all the ingredients with enveloping movements until everything is well integrated.
  • Enjoy with cookies or toast. Add small slices of avocado.
