Special Surimi Salad

A surimi salad to enjoy with crackers or toast and very easy to prepare. Fresh and delicious to share with everyone at home during hot weather.

  • 6 sticks surimi, cut into cubes or strips
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • 1/2 lettuce, washed and chopped
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and diced
  • 1 can ear corn
  • 135 milliliters table cream
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 avocados

  • Place the chopped vegetables, surimi, sour cream, and mayonnaise in a bowl.
  • Mix all the ingredients with gentle folding movements until everything is well integrated.
  • Enjoy with crackers or toast. Add small slices of avocado.
