2 carrots, grated
1/2 lettuce, washed and chopped
1 cucumber, peeled and diced
1 can ear corn
135 milliliters table cream
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 avocados

Place the chopped vegetables, surimi, sour cream, and mayonnaise in a bowl.
Mix all the ingredients with gentle folding movements until everything is well integrated.
Enjoy with crackers or toast. Add small slices of avocado.
