A surimi salad to taste with cookies or toast and very easy to prepare. Fresh and delicious to share with everyone at home in hot season.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 6 sticks of surimi cut into squares or strips
  • 2 carrots grated
  • 1/2 lettuce disinfected and chopped
  • 1 cucumber without peel and diced
  • 1 can of corn
  • 135 milliliters of Nestle media creama
  • 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 2 avocados

Preparation

Place the chopped vegetables, the surimi, the half cream and the mayonnaise in a bowl.
Mix all the ingredients with enveloping movements until everything is well integrated.
Enjoy with cookies or toast. Add small slices of avocado.

PRESENTATION

It can be served on toast or as a serving of salad.

TIPS

Place the avocado at the end of each toast or cookie and do not mix it in the bowl.
