  • 1 cup lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 3 tablespoons salsa, witch
  • 3 tablespoons salsa, black, huichol type
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 3 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1 cup tomato juice
  • salt and pepper
  • avocado, in a fan shape for decoration
  • fresh cilantro, for decoration
  • serrano chile, cut into slices
  • saltine crackers, to accompany

  • In a bowl, mix the tomato with the red onion, cilantro, serrano chili, mango, surimi, lime juice, oregano, witch sauce, black sauce, olive oil, ketchup, orange juice, tomato juice, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve in cocktail glasses, decorate with a fan of avocado, slices of serrano chili, and fresh cilantro leaves. Enjoy.
