In a bowl, mix the tomato with the red onion, cilantro, serrano chili, mango, surimi, lime juice, oregano, witch sauce, black sauce, olive oil, ketchup, orange juice, tomato juice, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve in cocktail glasses, decorate with a fan of avocado, slices of serrano chili, and fresh cilantro leaves. Enjoy.
