Surimi, Corn, and Mayonnaise Toasts

  • 2 corn tostadas, baked
  • 1 teaspoon low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt, with onion
  • fresh cilantro, finely chopped to taste
  • ground white pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • red onions, to taste
  • árbol chiles, finely chopped to taste
  • 1/2 cups sweet corn

  • Cut the surimi into cubes.
  • In a bowl, combine surimi, corn, mayonnaise, salt, cilantro, chili, pepper, and lemon. Mix well.
