2 corn tostadas, baked
1 teaspoon low-fat mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoons salt, with onion
fresh cilantro, finely chopped to taste
ground white pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon lemon juice
red onions, to taste
árbol chiles, finely chopped to taste
1/2 cups sweet corn

Cut the surimi into cubes.
In a bowl, combine surimi, corn, mayonnaise, salt, cilantro, chili, pepper, and lemon. Mix well.
Serve the preparation over the toasts.
