Surimi Dip

This surimi dip is delicious to enjoy with small rolls on an afternoon with friends; it's a snack that all your guests will love.

  • 150 grams surimi
  • 100 grams chives
  • 250 grams Philadelphia® cream cheese
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 2 serrano chiles

  • Place the cream cheese in the mixer on medium speed to soften its texture.
  • While the cheese is being mixed, take the pieces of surimi and shred them a bit into strands. Then chop them into small pieces.
  • Chop the green onion and chilies, mix with the cream cheese and surimi.
  • Add the olive oil and salt.
  • Serve in a transparent bowl and accompany with toasted bread or small rolls.
