The surimi finger snack is very tasty, simple, spicy, and easy to cook. It's perfect for an afternoon with friends or as an appetizer for a delicious meal.

1/2 cups salsa, Huichol Tradicional®
1 cup mayonnaise
5 surimi
1 cream cheese, (190 g)
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
1/2 cups flour
2 eggs, (battered)
1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil

Blend half of the sauce with the mayonnaise until it reaches a creamy consistency. Set aside.
Place the surimi sticks, the other half of the sauce, cheese, salt, and pepper in a food processor. Form a firm paste and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Take portions of the mixture and shape them into fingers, coat them with flour, egg, and breadcrumbs. Refrigerate again until firm.
Fry in hot oil without allowing them to fall apart, remove excess oil with a paper towel, and serve with the dressing you set aside.
