The surimi fingers snack is very tasty, simple, spicy and very easy to cook. It is perfect for an afternoon with friends or as an entrance for a delicious meal.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1/2 cups sauce, Huichol Traditional®
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 5 surimi
  • 1 cream cheese, (190 g)
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 eggs, (shakes)
  • 1 1/2 cups ground bread
  • 1 1/2 cups oil

Preparation

Blend half of the sauce with the mayonnaise until it becomes creamy. Reservation.
Take the surimi bars, the other half of the sauce, the cheese, salt and pepper to a food processor. Form a firm paste and refrigerate 15 minutes.
Take portions of the pasta and form the fingers, pass them on the flour, egg and bread crumbs. Refrigerate again until they are firm.
Fry in hot oil without getting rid of it, remove the excess oil with an absorbent paper and serve with the dressing you reserved.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with french fries .

TIPS

Fry your fingers little by little, this way you will prevent the oil from cooling and leaving you less crispy.
