Preparation
Blend half of the sauce with the mayonnaise until it becomes creamy. Reservation.
Take the surimi bars, the other half of the sauce, the cheese, salt and pepper to a food processor. Form a firm paste and refrigerate 15 minutes.
Take portions of the pasta and form the fingers, pass them on the flour, egg and bread crumbs. Refrigerate again until they are firm.
Fry in hot oil without getting rid of it, remove the excess oil with an absorbent paper and serve with the dressing you reserved.
