500 grams crab surimi
200 grams Manchego cheese
1/2 sticks butter
100 grams spinach
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, small
1/2 onions

Cut the surimi into strips, slice the onion into julienne, and finely chop the garlic.
Then, add 1/2 stick of butter to a skillet and add the onion and garlic, sautéing until translucent.
When the onion is transparent, add the surimi.
Wash and count the spinach, and after 10 minutes of cooking, add them to the skillet.
Once all ingredients are combined in the skillet, add the Worcestershire sauce, cover the skillet for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes of cooking, remove from heat and add the grated Manchego cheese, covering the skillet for another 5 minutes to let it gratin.
Once ready, serve in flour tortillas and roll them up.
