Surimi Tacos

  • 500 grams crab surimi
  • 200 grams Manchego cheese
  • 1/2 sticks butter
  • 100 grams spinach
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, small
  • 1/2 onions
  • flour tortillas

  • Cut the surimi into strips, slice the onion into julienne, and finely chop the garlic.
  • Then, add 1/2 stick of butter to a skillet and add the onion and garlic, sautéing until translucent.
  • When the onion is transparent, add the surimi.
  • Wash and count the spinach, and after 10 minutes of cooking, add them to the skillet.
  • Once all ingredients are combined in the skillet, add the Worcestershire sauce, cover the skillet for 5 minutes.
  • After 5 minutes of cooking, remove from heat and add the grated Manchego cheese, covering the skillet for another 5 minutes to let it gratin.
  • Once ready, serve in flour tortillas and roll them up.
