Swordfish with Butter Sauce

This recipe is very delicious and very simple. The swordfish is a flavorful fish, and it can be found fresh in some supermarkets or often frozen.

4 swordfish, thick
1/2 cups butter
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 tablespoons lemon zest
1 tablespoon lime juice

In a deep bowl, mix the butter (at room temperature) with a wooden spoon.
Add the parsley, lemon juice, and lemon zest and mix well with the wooden spoon.
Preheat the oven broiler.
Put 1/2 tablespoon of butter on each side of the fish and place it in a rack over a dish to catch the drippings.
Place the bowl in the broiler very close to the heat source. Cook the fish for 10 minutes.
