Swordfish with Butter Sauce

This recipe is very rich and very simple. Swordfish is a fish full of flavor, it can be found in some supermarkets fresh or often frozen.

  • 4 swordfish, thick
  • 1/2 cups butter
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 tablespoons lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

  • In a deep bowl, mix the butter (at room temperature) with a wooden spoon.
  • Add the parsley, lemon juice and lemon zest and mix well with the wooden spoon.
  • Preheat the broiler from the oven.
  • Put 1/2 tablespoon of butter on each side of the fish and put in a container with a grate with a container below so that the juices fall.
  • Put the container in the broiler very close to the source of the heat. Cook the fish for 10 minutes.
