This recipe is very rich and very simple. Swordfish is a fish full of flavor, it can be found in some supermarkets fresh or often frozen.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 swordfish, thick
  • 1/2 cups butter
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 tablespoons lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Preparation

In a deep bowl, mix the butter (at room temperature) with a wooden spoon.
Add the parsley, lemon juice and lemon zest and mix well with the wooden spoon.
Preheat the broiler from the oven.
Put 1/2 tablespoon of butter on each side of the fish and put in a container with a grate with a container below so that the juices fall.
Put the container in the broiler very close to the source of the heat. Cook the fish for 10 minutes.

PRESENTATION

Serve the fish and garnish with a tomato flower and the fish juices.
