Preparation
In a deep bowl, mix the butter (at room temperature) with a wooden spoon.

Pre hot the oven broiler.
Put 1/2 tablespoon of butter on each side of the fish and put in a bowl with a grate with a bowl underneath for the juices to fall.
Put the container in the broiler very close to the heat source. Cook the fish for 10 minutes.
