This recipe is very rich and very simple. The swordfish is a fish full of flavor, you can find it in some supermarkets fresh or often frozen.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 swordfish, thick
  • 1/2 cups butter
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 tablespoons lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Preparation

In a deep bowl, mix the butter (at room temperature) with a wooden spoon.
Add the parsley, the lemon juice and the lemon peel and mix well with the wooden spoon.
Pre hot the oven broiler.
Put 1/2 tablespoon of butter on each side of the fish and put in a bowl with a grate with a bowl underneath for the juices to fall.
Put the container in the broiler very close to the heat source. Cook the fish for 10 minutes.

PRESENTATION

Serve the fish and decorate with a tomato flower and fish juices.
