Teriyaki Fish

This recipe with fish is an ideal and healthy preparation to eat deliciously. You can prepare it easy and fast. Teriyaki sauce is characteristic of Japan and you can tropicalize it to your liking.

  • 3 tablespoons Oli de Nutrioli® extra virgin olive oil, for the teriyaki sauce
  • 1 garlic, finely filleted, for the teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, finely filleted, for the teriyaki sauce
  • 1 cup raw sugar, for the teriyaki sauce
  • 1/2 cups soy sauce, for the teriyaki sauce
  • 1/4 cups rice vinegar, for the teriyaki sauce
  • 1/4 cups mirin (sweet rice wine), for the teriyaki sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chile flakes, for the teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tilapia fillets
  • 4 cups vegetables, such as broccoli, cauliflower, carrot, or turnip lightly cooked in salted water
  • 2 cups rice, steamed to accompany
  • chile flakes, to decorate
  • green onion, filleted, including stems, for garnish

Low
  • Heat a frying pan over medium heat, pour in extra virgin Nutrioli® Oli Oil, add the garlic, ginger, and brown sugar and cook for 3 minutes; Add the soy sauce, rice vinegar, mirin and chili flake, reduce until the sauce thickens, about 5 minutes. Reservation.
  • Heat another pan over medium heat with extra virgin Nutrioli® Oli Oil and seal the fish on both sides, remember to previously season with salt and pepper; Lower the heat and cover the pan. Cook for 5 minutes, remove from heat and reserve.
  • On a plate, serve a bed of vegetables, top with the fish and pour the teriyaki sauce; Garnish with sesame, chili flake, chambray onion and serve with steamed rice.
