Teriyaki Salmon Bowl

  • 1/2 cups Smucker's® orange marmalade
  • 1/3 cups teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 1/4 cups green onion, tops, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons ginger, finely chopped

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 600 grams salmon, fresh, sliced
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 1/2 cups sushi rice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/8 cups rice vinegar
  • 1/2 cups Smucker's® orange marmalade
  • 1 cup avocado, in cubes
  • 1 cup cucumber, in thin slices
  • 1 cup edamame, cooked
  • black sesame seeds, for garnish
  • sesame seeds, white, for garnish

  • In a bowl, mix Smucker’s® orange marmalade with teriyaki sauce, sriracha sauce, chopped green onion tops, sesame oil, ginger, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Cover the salmon with the mixture and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Heat water in a small pot over medium heat and cook the rice for 20 minutes with sugar and rice vinegar until tender. Set aside.
  • On a medium grill, cook the salmon for 15 minutes, brushing with Smucker’s® orange marmalade throughout the cooking process to caramelize.
  • Serve the rice in a bowl and top with teriyaki salmon, avocado, cucumber, and edamame. Garnish with black sesame and white sesame and enjoy.
