Delicious Dolore® yellowfin tuna medallions seared with spicy teriyaki sauce, accompanied by crispy vegetables sautéed in sesame oil and a touch of soy. This delicious oriental dish is very healthy and fresh.
1 cup broccoli, cut into small pieces and blanched
1/4 tablespoons sesame seeds, black and white
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 pinch pepper

In a bowl, add ginger, garlic, teriyaki sauce, chili flakes, and mix. Add the Dolore® yellowfin tuna medallions and marinate for 30 minutes.
Heat a skillet over high heat and sear the medallions completely, cooking for 10 minutes. Remove the medallion and set aside.
In the same skillet, add sesame oil and cook the baby corn, edamame, bell peppers, and broccoli. Add sesame seeds, soy sauce, and season to taste with pepper.
Serve the vegetables on a plate and add the tuna and a bit of the teriyaki marinade to finish. Enjoy.
