Preparation
In a bowl add the ginger, the garlic, the teriyaki sauce, the chili flakes, mix. Add the Dolores® Tuna Medallions, Premium and Marine Yellowfin, for 30 minutes.
Heat a pan over high heat and seal the medallions completely, cook 10 minutes. Remove the medallion and reserve.
In the same pan, add sesame oil and cook baby elotitos, edamames, peppers and broccoli. Add the sesame, the soy sauce and season to your liking with pepper.
Serve the vegetables on a plate and add the tuna and a little of the teriyaki marinade to finish. Enjoy
