2 cloves garlic, chopped
lime juice
4 fish fillets
1 mango, fresh, peeled and chopped
1/4 cups red bell pepper, finely chopped
1/2 onions, finely chopped
2 green onions, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, freshly chopped
1 Jalapeño chile, seedless and chopped
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons paprika
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon basil, dry
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Mix olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic in a bowl.
Whisk well, and coat the fish fillets with the mixture.
Place the fillets in a covered container and marinate in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
For the sauce: Combine mango, bell pepper, onion, green onions, cilantro, and jalapeño in a bowl and stir.
Add the lemon juice and 1 1/2 teaspoons of olive oil.
Mix well. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
For the spice mix: Combine salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, basil, and oregano in a bowl.
Remove the fish fillets from the refrigerator and rinse lightly with water.
Dredge the fillets in the spice mixture to coat them completely.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Carefully place the fish fillets in the hot oil.
Place about 1/2 cup of mango sauce on each plate.
