Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • lemon juice
  • 4 Fish fillets
  • 1 mango, fresh, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cups red pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/2 onions, finely chopped
  • 2 cambray onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander, chopped frec
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seedless and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dry thyme
  • 1 teaspoon basil, dry
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Preparation

Mix the olive oil, lemon juice and garlic in a bowl.
Beat well, spread the fish fillets with the mixture.
Place the fillets in a covered container and marinate in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
For the sauce: Combine the mango, pepper, onion, onion, chakra, cilantro and jalapeño in a bowl and stir.
Add the lemon juice and 1 1/2 teaspoons of olive oil.
Mix well. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
For the mixture of spices: Combine salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, basil and oregano in a bowl.
Remove the fish fillets from the refrigerator and rinse lightly with water.
Pass the fillets in the spice mixture in order to cover them completely.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Carefully place the fish fillets in the hot oil.
Place about 1/2 cup of mango sauce on each plate.

PRESENTATION

Place the steaks on the sauce and serve immediately.

TIPS

If you prefer soups to creams, you can make a caldillo with fresh tomatoes instead of using milk and cream. Accompany this dish with a Chardonnay wine.
