1 kilo shrimp
1 can evaporated milk
1 cup chicken broth
45 grams butter
1 can coconut cream
1/2 cups pineapple juice
1/2 cups grated sweet coconuts
1 tablespoon flour

Fry the shrimp in butter.
In another pan add a little more butter add evaporated milk, coconut cream, pineapple juice and chicken broth as necessary to season.
Add the tablespoon of flour without mixing until it thickens.
Bathe our shrimp with this sauce, sprinkle some grated coconut and go.
