1 kilo shrimp
1 can evaporated milk
1 cup chicken broth
45 grams butter
1 can coconut cream
1/2 cups pineapple juice
1/2 cups grated sweet coconuts
1 tablespoon flour

Fry the shrimp in butter.
In another pan, add a bit more butter, then add evaporated milk, coconut cream, pineapple juice, and enough chicken broth to season.
Add the tablespoon of flour while stirring until it thickens.
Coat our shrimp with this sauce, sprinkle a little shredded coconut, and it's ready.
