Tropical shrimp

Shrimp bathed in a delicious coconut sauce with a touch of pineapple.

  • 1 kilo shrimp
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 45 grams butter
  • 1 can coconut cream
  • 1/2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cups grated sweet coconuts
  • 1 tablespoon flour

  • Fry the shrimp in butter.
  • In another pan add a little more butter add evaporated milk, coconut cream, pineapple juice and chicken broth as necessary to season.
  • Add the tablespoon of flour without mixing until it thickens.
  • Bathe our shrimp with this sauce, sprinkle some grated coconut and go.
