Shrimp bathed in a delicious coconut sauce with a touch of pineapple.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 kilo shrimp
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 cup chicken soup
  • 45 grams butter
  • 1 can coconut cream
  • 1/2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cups grated sweet coconut
  • 1 tablespoon flour

Preparation

Fry the shrimp in butter.
In another pan add a little more butter add evaporated milk, coconut cream, pineapple juice and chicken broth as necessary to season.
Add the tablespoon of flour without mixing until it thickens.
Bathe our shrimp with this sauce, sprinkle some grated coconut and go.

PRESENTATION

Split a pineapple in half, add it and refill it from your shrimp.

TIPS

It can also be seasoned with a little pepper and chopped parsley.
