This trout recipe is very delicious, as it is accompanied by a creamy mushroom sauce. It is very easy to prepare and will change the way you cook trout at home forever. You can substitute the trout for any other fish you like.

1 cup button mushrooms, sliced
5 tablespoons butter, to sauté

Prepare the trout in a pan with a little water, season it with your favorite spices, not too much as the sauce provides plenty of flavor.
In a separate pot, prepare the mushroom cream; it's easy, the package states the procedure. You only need water or milk to dilute the contents.
Once the trout is cooked, pour the cream over it and then the previously sautéed mushrooms in butter.
And ready to serve, you can accompany it with French fries and corn rice.
