Tuna and Pepper Pizza

This option for a crispy, no-yeast pizza is ideal if you want to make a quick and easy pizza; take a can of tuna from your pantry and combine it with peppers; totally delicious. Incredible flavor from this recipe topped with Oaxaca cheese.

1 cup wheat flour, refined
1 cup wheat flour, whole grain
2 tablespoons baking powder
1 teaspoon Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
1 cup water, cold
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 cup tomato sauce, for pizza
1 canned tuna, drained
1/2 cups green bell pepper, in cubes
1/2 cups red bell pepper, in cubes
2 tablespoons onion, chopped
1/2 cups Oaxaca cheese, chopped

Mix the Maizena® Regular Corn Starch with the two types of flour, baking powder, and Knorr® Swiss Chicken Broth.
Pour in water gradually until a soft dough forms (you may need more or less water).
Grease a 30cm diameter pizza pan and bake at 180 °C for 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and spread the pizza sauce, tuna, peppers, onion, and cheese over the surface.
Bake again until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
